Laureus World Sports Awards 2019
The Laureus World Sports Awards 2019 announced at the Laureus Award Ceremony in Monaco. The Laureus World Sports Award is an annual award honoring the achievement of individual men from the world of sports. It was first awarded in 2000 as one of the seven constituent awards presented during the Laureus World Sports Awards.
Novak Djokovic was named World Sportsman of the Year for the fourth time. United State gymnast Biles was named Sportswoman of the year 2019 Laureus World Sports Award and Tiger Woods won the Woods won the World Comeback of the Year award. Yuwa is a Jharkhand based NGO that fight gender discrimination by getting young girls to play football.
