Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and must not hold any criminal record while applying for IBPS Clerk Exam. There are no aggregate marks required in graduation for filling a form. 2nd and, 3rd division student can also fill a form of IBPS Clerk. You should hold a valid Mark-sheet or Degree Certificate on the day you register and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Language Proficiency: Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency in official language of the State/UT. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak the language.
Computer Literacy:
Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

A Clerk in a Public Sector Bank can get a salary of Rs.18000 to Rs.21000 during the training period. After training period the perks and emoluments are added and it may vary from bank to bank. The Basic Salary Component of Bank Clerk may vary in the range of Rs 11,500 – Rs 13,000. (with a scope of promotion.)

The IBPS Clerk recruitment 2018 will be done in two different stages: Preliminary and Mains. IBPS Clerk Marks and Exam Pattern 2018
IBPS conducts exams for the post of Clerical Cadre in two different stages: Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam. The candidates are required to qualify both the stages to be listed in the merit list prepared after conduction of both the exams. No interview process is required for selection to the post of Clerk through IBPS Clerk Examination.
