RPF Exam Pattern

You have to go through 3 stages of exams and tests for your RPF 2018 selection. 

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
3. Document Verification (DV)

• If you qualify the Computer Based Test then you will be called for the 2nd stage i.e PET & PMT.

• After qualifying Phase 2 you will be called for the last stage before the final selection is made.

• If two or more candidates are securing same marks then the merit position shall be determined by age criteria i.e. older person will be given higher seniority.

• Your appointment is subject to your passing requisite Medical Fitness Test which will be conducted by Railway Administration, final verification of educational and category certificates & verification of character.

To apply for RPF exam, follow these steps:

1. To register, you have to go to the official website and fill your basic details.

2. After you are registered, you will need to fill your application form in detail.

3. Keep a scanned photograph and signature ready. You will have to upload these during filling the form

4. Make sure you use a valid email ID, which you have to keep active until the final declaration of results.

6. Submit the Application Form.

7. Take out a Print Out of the Application Form for future reference.
