Educational Qualification

♦  For Deputy Manager (statistician) 

Post Graduate in statistics or Data Analytics with minimum 60% mark required. Candidates having M.Phil./Ph.D in same.

Work experience - minimum 5 years

♦  For Project development manager (Digital Initiatives), Manager (Serving-Digital Initiatives), Manager (business analyst/ customer service analyst), Manager (online fulfillment/ integration and journey/ superstore fulfillment), Manager ( digital marketing)

B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized university.

Preference will be given to MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized university/Institution.

♦  For Head (legal)

Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) and Post Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university/Institution in India.

Work experience - minimum 3 years as an Advocate and Minimum Service of 20 years as a law officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks and should have served as general manager for at least 1 year.

♦  For DGM (NCLT)

Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) and in Law from a recognized university/Institution in India. Post Graduate in law will be preferable.

Work experience - minimum 3 years as an Advocate and Minimum Service of 17 years as a law officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks/Financial Institution/Asset Reconstruction company or combined experience in Law Department of Scheduled Commercial Banks/Financial Institution/Asset Reconstruction company & having extensive experience in Recovery Rehabilitation.

♦  For DGM (Law)

Degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) and Post Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university/Institution in India.  Post Graduate in law will be preferable.

Work experience - minimum 3 years as an Advocate and Minimum Service of 17 years as a law officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks and should have served in the capacity of Assistant Geral Manager Law & above at least 2 years.

♦  For Executive (Credit Monitoring)

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Work experience - Preference will be given if you are having post qualification experience in corporate/SME credit as an executive in Supervisory/ Management role in Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Associate or Subsidiary Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public Sector Bank or listed financial Institution/Company

♦  For Head (Product, Investment and Research)

Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university/Institution.

Preference- Knowledge, and Experience in Market Analytics and passion for Research in economic trend and products.

Work experience - minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in financial services,  financial product development, investment advisory, and private banking. Minimum 8 years of Experience in Wealth Management.

♦ For statistician post (Deputy Manager) - Rs 15.09 lakh per annum

♦ For the post of Head (legal) - Rs 47 to Rs 52 lakh per annum

♦ For DGM (NCLT) & DGM (Law) posts - Rs 35-47 lakh per annum
