Production of brand C product = 3300 units

New demand for brand C product = $\frac{70}{100} \times$ 3300 = 2310 units

Difference in earlier demand and new demand = 2800 - 2310 = 490 units

Now, required percentage = $\frac{490}{2800} \times 100$ = 17.5%
