$\frac{M i l k}{Wa t er}$ = $\frac{5 x}{4 x}$

ATQ,

$\frac{5 x}{4 x + 2}$ = $\frac{10}{9}$

x = 4

New amount of water = 4x + 2

= 16 + 2

= 18
