$\frac{π r _{1}^{2} h _{1}}{π r _{2}^{2} h _{2}}$ = $\frac{27}{80}$

$\frac{π r _{1}^{2} \times 3}{π r _{2}^{2} \times 5}$ = $\frac{27}{80}$

$\frac{r _{1}^{2}}{r _{2}^{2}}$ = $\frac{9}{16}$

$\frac{r _{1}}{r _{2}}$ = $\frac{3}{4}$
